All Ansaldo Energia Service innovative solutions can be packaged into service contracts: from field assistance to repair and part service, from turbines upgrades to comprehensive flexible service agreements.
Service agreements can be structured to embrace different perimeters:
- from single machines (gas turbine, generator, steam turbine and respective auxiliaries) to complete power plants;
- from high-level site service to full management of all maintenance activities;
- from repairs and overhauls to add-ons, upgrades and hybridization management.
Technical design, project management and operation supervision are included in the agreements.
Ansaldo Energia Service contract arrangements are as innovative and flexible as the technical solutions proposed: scope and terms, type of warranty, payment structure, performance-oriented incentives and risk-sharing formulas can be tailored on Customer requirements.
