At Ansaldo Energia we believe that innovation is based on the circulation of ideas and know-how. To this end, we have in place collaborations with Universities, Research Institutions and Centers of Excellence worldwide.

These collaborations create knowledge transfer flows that benefit all of our people and all Company Departments – from Research & Development to Training.

In addition, we have well-established relationships with primary and secondary institutes, and we regularly open our doors to school visits and work-school initiatives.
