Code of ethics

​​​​Ansaldo Energia has always deemed it important to adopt precise corporate, cultural and ethical standards, which influence the methods of interaction with the internal and external organizational environment.
​​In this respect, this code of ethics is intended to serve as a guide to the everyday professional conduct of workers and of the staff (either employees and/or counsels/assistants at any title or directors) working for Ansaldo Energia. This document also outlines the mission and values of the business and organization, how professionals are supposed to approach problems, the ethical principles based on the organization's core values and the standards to which the professional is held.
