Appropriate decision-making processes and controls (embodied by the Board of Auditors and the Supervisory Board) ensure that the interests of all stakeholders are balanced.
Appointed on May 16, 2022, the current Board of Directors and CEO will stay in office until the approval of 2024 financial statements.
