Ansaldo Energia S.p.A. and Ansaldo Energia Group encourage an activity of communication and information related to illegal behaviors within the company perimeter.
If employees or third parties are aware of the existence of evidence which concerns corruptive conduct or other possible irregularities, non-compliance or any unlawful behaviors, conducts not in line with the principles set out in Ansaldo Energia Group’s code of ethics or in other rules governing the Group, they are required to report any facts through the digital whistleblowing system available at https://ansaldoenergia.integrityline.com/ pursuant to the Italian legislative decree 24 dated 10 March 2023.
Always available the other two reporting channels, namely the e-mail address reports@ansaldoenergia.com managed by the Compliance Officer of AEN Group and the e-mail address of the Ansaldo Energia S.p.A. Supervisory Board odv.dlgs231-01@ansaldoenergia.com.
Ansaldo Energia, the Companies of the Group and the Supervisory Board ensure the protection of information confidentiality and its treatment in compliance with the privacy legislation in force. Ansaldo Energia's personnel or the personnel of the Companies of the Group and the Supervisory Board members pursuant to D.LGS. 231/01 who receive a report and/or who are involved, for any reason, in the management of the report, must guarantee the maximum confidentiality of the information contained therein and of the whistleblower's identity.
