Whistleblowing
According to the European Directive 2019/1937 and to the Italian law 179 dated 17 December 2021, Ansaldo Energia S.p.A. and Ansaldo Energia Group encourage an activity of communication and information related to illegal conduct within the company perimeter.
In this regard, the following paragraphs define the possible channels of reporting of illegal conduct, anonymous or confidential, by the personnel of the Ansaldo Energia Group companies and by third parties.
Indeed, if personnel or third parties are aware of the existence of founded evidence which concerns corruption or other possible irregularities, non-compliance or any unlawful conducts, the principles set out in Ansaldo Energia code of ethics or other rules governing the Group, they are required to report the facts.
The dedicated reporting channels are (i) e-mail address reports@ansaldoenergia.com or (ii) mail to the attention of the Compliance Officer of AEN Group at registered office of Ansaldo Energia S.p.A.. In the event that the report concerns the Compliance Officer of the Group, the report must be sent to the e-mail address of the Ansaldo Energia S.p.A.'s Supervisory Board: odv.dlgs231-01@ansaldoenergia.com.
Ansaldo Energia, the Companies of the Group and the Supervisory Board ensure the protection of information confidentiality and its treatment in compliance with the privacy legislation in force. Ansaldo Energia's personnel or the personnel of the Companies of the Group and the Supervisory Board members pursuant to D.LGS. 231/01 who receive a report and/or who are involved, for any reason, in the management of the report, must guarantee the maximum confidentiality of the information contained therein and of the whistleblower's identity.
