Ansaldo Green Tech was established in 2021 to differentiate the Ansaldo Energia portfolio and provide innovative solutions for the energy transition market. As an Ansaldo Energia spinoff, it inherited state-of-the-art technologies and competences and can further leverage on the extended engineering know-how of the Group.
Ansaldo Green Tech is driven by three imperatives: innovate energy to accelerate the pace towards CO₂-free power generation, optimize the production and storage of electricity, and smooth the transition avoiding waste of resources, inefficiencies and disruption. Ansaldo Green Tech is pursuing these objectives optimizing its multi-fuel microturbines to support smart-grid applications, developing hydrogen production plants based on innovative and sustainable technology while continuing exploring new solutions for a constantly evolving energy market.
