Ansaldo Nucleare’s know-how, structures and experience allow the Company to supply products ranging from small precision components to large machinery for mechanical, electromechanical and software-controlled systems. 
Ansaldo Nucleare has a manufacturing capacity of excellence with a long history in the field of defense and decommissioning in the UK. 
With their workshops and 30-meter test tower, the Wolverhampton and Beckermet Ansaldo Nuclear Ltd sites contribute to the construction, assembly and testing of prototype machines for the market while at the same time supporting the English development program for Advanced Modular Reactors. The facilities also host research infrastructures for the qualification of new technologies.
Carrying out most of the activities with internal resources allows for shorter lead times and better design, quality and cost control. 
To support its plants and workshops, Ansaldo Nucleare makes use of a well-tested supply chain for precision mechanical machining. Suppliers are all regularly audited by a dedicated Quality Assurance team to check product compliance and deliveries.
Ansaldo Nucleare also has in the UK a specialized manufacturing team (supported by welding engineers) specializing in the machining of carbon and stainless steel as well as of exotic metals.
All manufacturing is performed to relevant UK, European and ASME standards, in full compliance with the stringent specifications of the nuclear and defense markets.
