This is to inform you that on July 31st, 2023 , the Board of Directors of Ansaldo Energia S.p.A. has approved the new code of ethics of Ansaldo Energia Group.
The code of ethics expresses the "ethical" commitments and responsibilities in conducting business and corporate activities assumed by all those who maintain relationships of any kind with Ansaldo Energia S.p.A. and with its subsidiaries.
