The Shareholders’ Meeting of Ansaldo Energia, held today in ordinary session, appointed the new Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Company, which will remain in office for the next three-year term.
The Board of Directors is composed of Carlo Alberto Giusti (Chairman), Fabrizio Fabbri (designated Chief Executive Officer), Alessia Masitto (Vice Chairman), Alessandra Firrito, Ernesto Lavatelli, Rinaldo Marinoni, Catia Tomasetti, Angela De Angelis and Carlo Martelli de Thomatis, as Directors.
The Board of Directors, which also met today, confirmed the appointment of Fabrizio Fabbri as Chief Executive Officer.
At the same time, the Shareholders’ Meeting appointed the Board of Statutory Auditors, assigning the role of Chairman to Marino Marrazza. The Board includes Marco De Pasquale and Annalisa Zanini as Standing Auditors, and Anna Rita De Mauro and Paolo Cotini as Alternate Auditors.
In extending its best wishes for success to the newly appointed directors, the Shareholders’ Meeting expressed its appreciation to the outgoing Board members for their commitment and the results achieved.

Carlo Alberto Giusti is Full Professor of Comparative Private Law. He holds a degree in Law and a PhD from the University of Bari and, since 1 January 2021, has served as Rector of Università degli Studi Link. He is a Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic and has held, and continues to hold, numerous institutional and academic positions at national level. He has also served as advisor to the Italian Parliament and the Ministry of Justice.
Fabrizio Fabbri is a senior executive with over thirty years of experience in the Energy and Oil & Gas sectors, gained within international industrial groups. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Ansaldo Energia since 1 April 2023, a role in which he has led the Group’s industrial relaunch and strengthened its strategic positioning.
