For 2022 Ansaldo Energia has created a calendar dedicated to its people: men and women from all over the world, engaged in their activities in different countries, to bring energy wherever it is needed. Ansaldo Energia, an 88% subsidiary of CDP, is an international and multicultural reality with projects, companies, and worksites active in over 50 countries. This calendar is intended to be a real journey to discover the many places in the world where Ansaldo Energia, with the professionalism and peculiarities of its workers, is committed to bringing the necessary, right, and sustainable energy.
“People are Ansaldo Energia's strength. The colleagues who permanently or occasionally bring our skills abroad are about 30%. Their ability to adapt, to compare with other cultures are a winning key for Ansaldo Energia's success. To them is added the wealth that comes from the many foreigners with whom they work - whether hired in our branches or subsidiaries, suppliers, or customers” says Marco Grillo, Deputy General Manager of Ansaldo Energia and HR Director. "This calendar wants to enhance all of them, their commitment and their professionalism in allowing our company to respond to customer needs", concludes Grillo.
Marco Marini, Senior Vice President External Relations, explains the concept of this project: "The calendar shows 13 colleagues of different nationalities who work around the world, on construction sites or in the offices of foreign company offices: posing, proud of their work, valued in their singularity as a person and as a worker".
Under each photo there is a brief description that presents the person and the project he is working on, a project that can be explored by scanning the QR Code.
"The realization of this calendar was a precious opportunity to collect the emotions and voices of the many workers who are around the world and to perceive how strong the sense of belonging and the pride of working for Ansaldo Energia is" he says.
