Simone Di Felice
Chief Financial Officer
Simone Di Felice, born in 1972, graduated in Economics at the Sapienza University of Rome. In 1998, he began his career in the automotive sector at Nissan, where he held various roles, until 2001. After two years as Head of the Treasury Department of the GRTN S.p.A. Group - National Transmission Network Operator, in 2003 he joined Astaldi, construction sector, where he assumed increasing responsibilities, also as CFO of a subsidiary, until becoming the group’s Group Head of Finance in 2017. From the end of 2018, he actively contributed to the implementation of the restructuring process of the company and its subsequent integration within WeBuild group where, since 2021, he was in charge of corporate finance, financial planning and reporting activities. He joined Ansaldo Energia in September 2022 as Chief Restructuring Officer.
On the first of July, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Ansaldo Energia Group.
