Chiara Piaggio

Chiara Piaggio graduated in Law in 1995 with full marks.
After a post-graduate training in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Initial Public Offerings and a working experience in Holland & Knight LLP both in New York, she started her professional career at Studio Legale Bonelli Erede Pappalardo in Genoa.
She joined Ansaldo Energia in 2002, beginning as an in-house legal supporting the top management in several activities: M&A, contracts, participation in tenders from the bidding phase to the negotiation and drafting phase of the contract, until the aspects related to the execution of the Agreement itself.
In 2008, she became Head of Corporate Office, with the task of managing the company's affairs and obligations, the activities in support of top management and the various bodies of Ansaldo Energia, the Group's subsidiaries and shareholders, ensuring the management of the related corporate obligations.
Her current position, achieved in 2016, is Vice President Legal & Corporate Affairs and Risk Management.
