Carlo Alberto Giusti

Carlo Alberto Giusti is Full Professor of Comparative Private Law. Born in Taranto in 1980, he earned his law degree and PhD at the University of Bari. He was appointed Commander of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic by the President of the Republic. Since 1 January 2021, he has served as Rector of Link University. He currently holds several national and institutional roles, including Vice President positions within the Regional University Coordination Committee of Lazio and the CONI Sports Guarantee Board. He is a member of leading academic and professional legal associations and has served as advisor and consultant to the Italian Parliament and the Ministry of Justice, as well as Legal Adviser to the Minister of Justice.
