Genoa,, 6 April 2009 Ansaldo Energia at work on the Turano/Bertonico Lodigiano power station for Sorgenia Ansaldo Energia, the Finmeccanica group company and leading supplier of components
and services for power generation plants, has recently begun work on the construction of a combined cycle power station rated about 800 MW in the Municipalities of Turano /Bertonico Lodigiano. The company was awarded the turnkey supply contract following an invitation to tender with bids put in by the main international competitors.
24 young talents, having a degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Materials science, will be hired up by Ansaldo Energia from July 1st 2009 and will get a Master degree while working in our R&D department.
