We are proud of our considerable experience in organising courses for the unemployed who want to learn a new job.
These courses are provided by Ansaldo Energia so that students benefit from working directly with experts in their field. To date, more than 60% of participants have been taken on after completing the course of training.
Young workers follow different induction paths during their first 18 or 36 months, depending on their job and qualification. During their first months in the company we organize induction training, which takes place in class and on location at power plants.
Working side by side with expert colleagues is a very important part of the training.
We have increased and improved both management and technical training and last year we have spent 46.257 working hours in formal training.
