Major environmental concerns make reducing emission levels a priority for the whole industry. We have developed a number of alternative systems that do just that. As a result, we have broken numerous records for dry low emissions with our Low Emission Combustion Systems. Simply by installing this system to replace conventional combustion in turbines will make a major impact on CO and NOx levels in the environment.

FIELD SERVICE
Teams of highly skilled field specialists, backed up by in-house engineers, ensure minimum downtime for your turbines. The Thomassen On-line Monitoring System (THOMS), which securely gathers data from gas turbine systems around the world, gives you an accurate picture of the condition & performance of your power generation equipment, resulting in more efficient maintenance decisions. An emergency hotline is available 24/7.
GAS TURBINE UPGRADES
We also design tailor-made technical solutions to meet your needs for performance improvements, special fuels and planned downtime. Design improvements such as our Thomassen Extended Lifetime (THOMELT) can be applied to hot gas part components and combustion systems.
During refits, we apply the latest technology upgrades including specific Customer requirements. The completed unit can be tested in-house and we offer on-site installation
and comprehensive long-term maintenance contracts.
Short delivery times and depreciation periods, proven technology, and lifetime fixed-price maintenance and spare parts cover make our remanufactured turbines an excellent alternative to purchasing new equipment. We sell and lease factory rebuilt gas turbines (Gas Turbine Re-manufacturing).
COMPONENT RECONDITIONING AND REPAIRS
We refurbish GE-type heavy-duty gas turbine components on a global basis. Repairs are based on proven procedures updated to the latest technical specifications.
Our management systems are ISO 9001:2000-certified.
SPARE PARTS
We supply a complete range of fully compatible spare parts, including the option to purchase used parts that are inspected and repaired to the highest standards. We also provide spares for most generators, gearboxes and other equipment.
LONG TERM SERVICE AGREEMENTS
Our Flexible Service Agreements are based on a total maintenance concept, offering Customers enhanced unit availability and reliability, along with reduced maintenance and operations costs. The concept includes the gas turbine, auxiliaries and load gear, and generator, boiler and steam turbine maintenance in full-service Long Term Service Agreements.
CUSTOMER TRAINING
We offer advanced training at our own offices as well as on-site. These include courses on GE-type gas turbines and Speedtronic controls. Tailor-made programs can be designed to meet specific requirements.
