Chairman Giuseppe Veredice
Finmeccanica Senior Vice President - Chairman of Ansaldo Energia SpA
Giuseppe Veredice was born in Tufara (CB), Italy, in 1948. He graduated in Mathematics at La Sapienza University of Rome in 1973 and post graduated in Management at ISTUD. In 1994 he took part, as Italian representative, to the 13th Japan Study Program for International Executives and he was host of the Japan Economic Foundation in Tokyo. In 1982 he joined Finmeccanica in the Business Development and Data Processing Area and in 1993 he was appointed First Vice President. In this position, he co-ordinated the development and implementation of technology planning tools, was responsible for the Corporate Technology Plan and for Technological Internationalization, the Finmeccanica Competitive Positioning Frame and the Group Defence Strategy Development. In 2001 he was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President with the responsibility for the Finmeccanica strategy and business development and he takes part in the major merger and acquisition initiatives.
Mr. Veredice is a member of the boards of several Group Companies.

Chief executive officer Giuseppe Zampini
Giuseppe Zampini, CEO of Ansaldo Energia, was born in Belluno in 1946.
Working from the outset in the power generation sector, he started his career in 1972 at Progettazione Meccaniche Nucleari, before moving on to Nira Spa where he acquired international experience on specific projects.
After these experiences in the field of nuclear power, in 1989 he was appointed to head the Ansaldo Division responsible for energy and steam production plants (cogeneration). Then in 1990/95 he set up and managed Ansaldo Industria of America, acquiring experience in the field of project financing.
He joined Ansaldo Energia in 1997 as General Manager and was appointed CEO in 2001. President of Aspe (Federazione ANIE) Member of ASME.

General manager Claudio Nucci
Claudio Nucci born in Arezzo in 1956.
General Manager of Ansaldo Energia, graduated in nuclear engineering at Pisa University.
Working in power generation sector from 1982, starting from nuclear sector in Nira Spa (Ansaldo Group).
From 1988 Project Manager for conventional power generation projects abroad in Ansaldo Industria and in Ansaldo Industria of America Inc., from 1989 to 1995, Engineering Development Procurement and Proposal Coordinator for the USA Cogeneration Combined Cycle Projects - USA as well as Project Manager for Combined Cycle Projects in USA.
In 1995 Manager of Cost Estimating, Planning and Cost Control Department of the Cogeneration and Renewable Energy Business Unit in Ansaldo Industria.
From 1995 to 1999 Manager of Projects for Cogeneration Combined Cycle and Waste to Energy Projects in Ansaldo Industria and Ansaldo Energia.
In Ansaldo Energia from 1999 to 2002 as Project Management Director and from 2002 Head of Project Management Department.

Co-general manager Carlo Luzzatto
Carlo Luzzatto born in Genova in 1961.
Carlo Luzzatto joined Ansaldo Energia in September 2004 as Service Director and was appointed Co-General Manager in September 2008. In between, in September 2006, he was also given the responsibility of the Marketing & Business Development Department.
Between 1997 and 2004, he worked for General Electric, both in Europe and in the U.S., with various responsibilities ranging from Project Management to Merger & Acquisitions to General Management.
For the last 23 years, he has operated in the Power Generation and Oil & Gas Industry, where he originally started in the Corporate R&D of Ansaldo in 1986 as R&D Engineer.
In the ‘90s, he has also been serving as external evaluator of Energy R&D projects for the European Commission, and since then he has been Chairman, Lecturer and author of several paper at major Energy Conferences.
Carlo is Chairman of the Board of AnsaldoThomassen and AnsaldoESG.
